So i would like to share my experience of using both the 8/128 and 12/1 version of the S10 Plus(Exynos version) .ive been using the 8/128 version for almost 2 weeks now and i just recently opened my 12/1 version 3 days back. Was confused whether i should open or not so finally i opened it.
Well for me they both feel much alike. Other than the back(Prism White vs Ceramic White).yeah yeah Ceramic is good for Brembo brakes or whatsoever its scratch proof future proof yeah yeah its just a gimmick(for me personally, no hard feelings). And not to forget the Ceramic White has brownish bezels which is quite ugly if you ask me. I would prefer silver bezels but theres nothing i can do about it.
Performance wise i feel that they both are almost the same. Not sure with the other users but im a medium to heavy user and they both perform very well thus making me hard to decide which is a better option(i play Ragnarok Mobile, Blade Warriors and PUBG) . But if you really need the 1TB of internal memory then you should get the 12/1 version. If not might as well just get the 8/128 or 8/512 version and pop in a microsd to expand the storage(Samsung has this 512GB Microsd which costs around $211)
Other than the internal memory i couldnt think of a better reason to get the 12/1 version as it costs a lot more compared to the 12/1 version. In Indonesia the 8/128 costs $992 whereas the 8/512 version costs $1276 and the 12/1 version costs $1702.Maybe for some its cheap but honestly its expensive... Add another $200 and i could get a 512GB iPhone XS Max. (okay the iPhone stinks bla bla, just a thought).
And not to forget the Base version and Best version comes with the same accessories. Which is quite a disappointment and i dont buy phones from pre orders so i didnt get the Samsung Galaxy Watch.
And so far everything has been good on my side. The fingerprint scanner and battery life. Even though the battery isn't as long lasting as my Mate 20 Pro nor does it charge as fast as my Mate 20 Pro but its still good enough for me.
Well thats all for now i guess and i hope this could help future buyers to decide. xD
