Hello all. I am hoping to purchase a new EVO this weekend and I had a couple questions prior to my purchase and was hoping you could help.
1) How do I access my Exchange email wirelessly on the EVO. I do not want to use a USB cable to sync. I want it to work just like my Blackberry or my Palm Pre.
2) Can I access 2 Exchange accounts?
For now, those are the only 2 things I can?t seem to figure out. Now before you reply with SEARCH, I did that and I found so many post saying different things that I am more confused than ever.

Thanks!!!

you input ALL of your Exchange Server settings into the Mail app when you set up the account. this answer should have been obvious.

2) Can I access 2 Exchange accounts?

NO. only one. you can access 2+ Gmail accounts at the same time though. or 1 Exchanges and 2+ Gmail accounts etc. this is a limitation of MS Exchange - NOT the EVO.

Thank you Gekko

I assumed it was obvious as well but I wanted to make sure I was correct.

And by 2 Exchange accounts, I meant 2 different Exchange accts which I happen to do now on my Pre. Sorry for not being more clear. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Maybe hitting search might be too hard, but did you see the FAQ on this very forum???

There are different apps for email, unlike the Pre.

The Pre's native email app supports multiple Exchange accounts. If you want more than 1 exchange account on an Android phone (in this case the Evo), the problem is the HTC Sense app only supports 1 exchange account. You can add another app to support another account. For more details, check out the FAQ link.

I appreciate the link very much. thank you

The Pre supports more than one Exchange account. The limitation is strictly on the phone; nothing to do with the Exchange server at all.
