Batteries and SAR

I'd like to know if batteries can be interchanged between phones?

I ask because my phone is 6-7 years old and I can't get a new battery for it now.
I don't want to throw my phone out because it's a great phone.

Any solutions for this dilemma?

Now to SAR ....

One of the reasons I love my phone is because of its low SAR rating.
I actually bought it at the time because it had the lowest SAR rating of any phone on the market.

These are its ratings:
Head – 0.093 W/Kg,
At the Body – 0.194 W/Kg

As far as I know, there is no phone on the market today that comes anywhere close to these numbers.
If you know of a phone that has SAR numbers close to these, can you please let me know?

I've not seen any phones that can share a battery with other makes and models. They are all model specific.

I can't help you with the SAR issue. It's one of those things that hardly anyone knows about, much less uses as a detail to shop by.

I have a Lava Pixel 2 (no relation at all with Google Pixel phones).

I actually bought a second one shortly after the first because I knew I had bought a winner.
