Battery 96%=5hrs

Just a thought, when my phone states that the battery will run out in 5hrs (if i continue current usage), so what happens if I change 'my usage' the battery will probably will last longer or shorter, so why state in the first place that it will be 5 hrs? Seems like a bit of useless info... or am I missing something?

It's an estimate based on your current usage so far. It will clearly not be that accurate right when you start using it from a full charge--it becomes more useful once you get down to 50-60% or so. But it does suggest that if you were to use the phone nonstop, you'd get about 5 hours of total screen-on time, which is pretty good.
