I am not sure if it's me as I'm completely new to android, but i was charging my LG G3 and it would't let me use the phone until it was completely charged.

This only happened when I let the battery die and I was charging it. Am I supposed to reset it? I couldn't tap on the screen or anything.

Should I reset the phone? Has this happened to anyone? Also, what type of headset do you use for this phone and where should I get a good one at a good price in Canada?

Welcome to Android Central! While you were charging the phone, was it actually powered on? If you only saw a big battery icon in the center of the screen, it actually wasn't powered on. Press and hold the Power button until it boots up--did you try that already?

In general, avoid letting the battery die. It's ok once in a while, but if you do it too often, it will reduce the overall battery lifespan. And if you let the battery die, and forget to put it on the charger, it could cause the battery to discharge completely, which is irreversible.
