Battery at 39% drops to 0...

Hello, I already asked this question here and I got told to buy new battery.

So the problem is when battery is at 39% it fastly decrease to 37% jumps to 20% and jumps to 0%.

When I bought new battery nothing changed. Any ideas what this can be?

(I have Samsung Galaxy Core Prime, Android 5.1.1.)

The problem is it's a 5 year old phone , so when you purchased a new battery for it who knows how long it was sitting on the shelf also and probably not any better then your failed one . Battery only have a certain life shelf so this could be the problem your having .

Oh, so how do I fount out if the battery is ok? Is there any trusted seller or something like that?

Can take to repair center have then run diagnostic on it.
