Battery "charge" issue after ics upgrade

This is something that I just noticed. No matter how long I keep my phone on the charger, it NEVER peaks off and says it's charged. IE: 100%. It stays at 99% forever. Has anyone else encountered this? Fortunately, I have been charging it while at work and I WILL NOT leave it plugged in overnight until this is remedied. Is there a fix? Ideas? Suggestions? (BTW, I already did the system restore after the upgrade and all else is running fine with no hiccups, thanks to DK)
