Literally just picked up the RAZR, plugged it in with the car charger, got home in 20 minutes and Battstatt still says 50% and so does the lock screen. What's going on here, bad battery, or is it just taking that long to charge, or does the RAZR only measure in 10%'s?

My battery charger doesn't work very well either. It really has to do with the charger itself not being able to pump out enough juice. Especially if you were running GPS at the time.
Well it's going on about an hour and a half and it's still at 50%. Not sure what is going on, may have to take it back
Same thing happens to me when I use my HTC chargers. If I use the charger that came with the phone then it charges up really quickly. It's defintely a charger issue; your device is not defective.

Download an app called Battery Circle. It'll give you percentages in 1% increments.
