Battery? Charger?

Bought my fiancee her s3 with Sprint Dec 22... the past two nights she's put it on charger but it actually hadn't been charging... she has to take the battery out for like half hour then put it back in and then it will actually charge...

Any idea what's goin on?

For sure you've some problem in your handset or in your battery... I would bet in a handset problem...
