The Play is doing about 1℅ per minute. So correct, yes.

This sounds about right, but one thing to be aware of is the last 3-4 percentages points goes very slowly. From 96% to get to 100% can take as many as 15-20 minutes.

That's right, that's how Turbocharge works. The lower the % the faster it charges.

Weird. My Z Play charges a lot faster than that, it's full in 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes depending on how much I use it while it's charging.
