Battery Charging

Is it possible to overcharge the tablet battery? What damage, if any, can be done by leaving it charging after 100% shows on the screen and the "full charge, unplug cable" warning pops up?

No, it stops charging when the battery is full. Charger/batteries are not dumb and the charging process stops.
