Battery cover creaking??

Does anybody's battery cover creak a lot? I have this specific area/side of my phone that keeps creaking every time I place any type of pressure on it, and it's an area where you would grip on a regular basis. It's on the side opposite of the volume rocker and micro usb slot, and kind of around the bottom half of that side. I had requested a brand new replacement cover TWICE from VZW support and each one has shown to creak in that exact area which is leading me to believe that the phone itself it what's the issue. Is this something I can go to VZW to have it replaced under warranty? I mean this creaking is pretty loud and obvious and now that's all I can hear every time I handle the phone in my hand. Anybody else have this issue as well?

mine isn't even a real hard or hard squeeze, it's just slight pressure if you were to gently grab your phone by its sides off of the table, for example, it creaks like an old man with arthritis in his knees trying to stand up

Have you tried using a floded piece of paper under the Creaky side to act as a shim?

Just a thought.

Mine creaks too. I have an extended battery on with the extended battery door. I use a hard silicone cover from VZW that I modified by cutting out the extended bulge area on the cover. Seems to work okay and eliminates most of the creaking but not all of it.

I had the same problem with the bottom part of my phone. I took a couple pieces of scotch tape folded up on the bottom part off of the battery so they wouldnt affect the battery if it got too hot and it seems to be helping the noise.

Mine also creaks. I have the 2150 cover. In my opinion though, its really no big deal. I think it has more to do with the thinness of the plastic on the sides of the phone, but it doesn't detract from the phone quality for me. No phone is perfect, and with this one, if this is the only problem physically I see, I'm pretty happy.
