I recently purchased a gear 2 neo and the charger was working fine from thrusday til this morning. Last night I did a system update and went to bed. This morning when I went to charge it I put it on the dock and plugged the micro USB in and in the wall as I have been doing and it wouldn't charge. So I tried restarting it and that didn't work. I cleaned off both back of the watch and charger which didn't work either. I applied some pressure to the back of the dock and watch. It then said it was charging. When I took off the pressure it stopped charging. Is anyone else experiencing this problem. Help please !! Thank you!!
