My LGV10 doesn't charge correctly. Whenever I have the power on I'll try to plug it in but the power is still going down. Is there a way to fix this problem?

Have you tried a different cord or brick? If your phone can't draw enough power from the source... might just be a case of a bad wall brick or screwed up cable.

What are you plugging into? If a computer's USB port - especially a USB 2.0 port - then it is probably not supplying enough power to both keep the phone alive *and* charge the battery.

Run Ampere without the charger plugged in (it should show a discharge), then again with the charger plugged in. The difference between the two is the amount of current the phone is pulling from the charger. If it's using more than that, the extra current has to come from somewhere - your battery, in this case. (Some older phones just can't draw enough charging current for current games, some have a problem that's causing a battery drain from a runaway app or a short on the motherboard. Check the battery statistics [in Settings/General] to see if some app is drawing almost all the current. Alternatively, the charger, the cord, the microUSB port or the charging circuit in the phone could be bad.)
