Android Central Question

My phone loses around 25% of battery overnight in around 8 hrs. is it normal for g7? I turned off my Bluetooth and location service to see if that's the problem but it still drains my battery.

my battery usage stat

My phone had 100% charge before I go to sleep and it is already about 80 % while replying to this post.
Phone idle has 13% battery consumption in 7hrs.

Welcome to Android Central! I'd suggest booting the phone into Safe Mode to see if the issue still persists. If it doesn't, then perhaps a rogue app is causing a drainage. When did you get the G7 ThinQ?

I got this phone about 45days ago. I did factory reset but that didn't solve the problem. now I will try booting in safe mood.

Keep us posted on what happens with Safe Mode! Can you return or exchange the phone - do you have any kind of warranty with it?
i tried using safe mode and it still consume around 4% in 2 hrs. Then i installed cpuspy to check if my phone is going on sleep mood or not, it was on deep sleep all the time i didnt use my phone but still consumes 2% per hrs.

I just got my phone yesterday. Had the same issue. I took off the bloat ware and apps i don't use. Plus make sure your weather is set for 12 hours to update and your email is set to fetch. plus i used the battery saving power and rebooted my phone and now it's a real good phone for me.

It looks like your battery life is a bit better - however, I'd recommend doing what the user above me stated and see what happens!

I don't have any widget on my screen so there isn't a question of weather updates regularly overnight. Sync is off so it isn't supposed to sync anything. Location service is also turned off. all Bluetooth and mobile data are also off. only thing that is on is WiFi. Most of my battery is consumed by phone idel.
Lots of blootware are already being disabled.
last night it consumed 15% in just 6 hrs.
