Battery draining so fast then stop at 4%

After hit 4% it stop draining fast and usable for quite long time.

Why did this happened?

Any possibility of malware, spyware?

My device is Oneplus 5. today it's acting strange again first shutdown at 40% so i charge it back to around 51 then after that it start draining fast and stop at 1% and stay that way since now.

It sounds like the battery is failing. Install AccuBattery and check the Battery Health section after a few battery charge cycles. If it's <85%, the battery is pretty much at the end of its life.
