Battery Drains On Idle

I have an Lg Viper 4glte
And out of no where, the battery is horrible.
On idle, doing nothing with the screen dark, it will go from a full 100% charge, to dead in about 4 hours.
Wifi turned off, battery saver mode is on, brightness is down.

I can't use the phone without having a charger with me at all times.

- Also bought a replacement battery on amazon- same deal. Drains away

Factory reset it, and Wi-Fi saves battery compared to 3G or 4G LTE.

Cell standby is #1 killer, once i went from no signal most of the time to full w/ the airave, device battery life tripled.

This did it for me, when before I would lose as much as 20% over night with the phone turned off:

1. Tap Settings and ensure both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth sliders are OFF.
2. Next tap More settings -> Mobile networks -> Network mode -> ensure CDMA is selected when you are not in a 4G area.
3. Press Back key twice to return to the Settings menu.

Don't mean to hijack your thread but has anyone had any success with battery saving apps on the viper? I used and earlier free version of juicedefender on my optimus s and I thought it did a decent job of extended the battery. I have tried battery booster lite on the viper and don't know if it is doing anything. Any other suggestions?
