battery drains quickly + sync problems with google apps: Contacts, Calendar

All happened immediately with upgrading to that version...

How quickly? (Fully charge the battery. Let it drain to 50%. Screenshot both pages of battery data [tap the graph to get the second page] and post them here (see How To Post Screenshots on Android Central). (And you'll have to create a free account here to be able to post more in this thread.)

One wild guess - if the mobile data line at the bottom of the second page is any color but green, you have a weak mobile signal - which costs battery and can prevent you from syncing.

Even I'm facing the same situation. Battery is draining very quickly and Contacts are not loading after i updated my OnePlus One with Marshmellow update(Android Version 6.0.1). Please help me resolve this.

I can take back up on all other files inside my phone so i can do a Factory Reset and try but Contacts i couldnt take backup unless it is loaded.

Same here. Left it 100%before going to bed. Woke up 70%remaining. Cyanogenmod system took the most battery, and screen on time is at 45 seconds only. Will try to replicate the scenario and provide screenshots.

In my case TripAdvisor app was the reason.

Something strange is happening as no application can consume more than 100% of battery I guess.
