battery full charged but shows 96 or 95 percent.

Hi friends!
my s4 have a problem that whenever i fully charged it and then unplug the charger it shows 96 or 95 percent.Is my battery has been damaged and i need to replace it.

Fully charge it, then leave it plugged in for another 30 minutes. The way the state of charge is measured, the charger being plugged in adds a few percent to the reading, so it looks like 100% when it reaches an actual charge of 95-99%. (It can't be done any other way - we can't measure the chemicals inside the battery, and that would be the only other way to measure the state of charge.)
