Battery heating up?

Hi,

I've been using this phone since it came out. This is the first time the battery started heating up. I was steaming audio and playing candy crush.

Is this normal?

I noticed my battery percentage gone down low.

I'm not sure about the s5 but the s4 I used to own the whole phone would heat up.
