Battery Indicator is Waaay Off

This snap was taken after being unplugged for four and a half hours. Is it normal in Android for it to be so far off? I'm coming from the iPhone. Thanks. And I love this Forum, btw. Great source of info.

EDIT: It's kind of hard to see in this small photo but at the top left it says 1 hour four minutes 6 seconds since unplugged.

1. did you do a reset? that could affect the time listed.

That doesn't make sense. Then it should say 'one hour four minutes since last reboot'. Right?

What's the best battery life tracker out there. Something that will give you a percentage of what is draining the battery most and so on?

the built in Battery App is good. i also like "BatteryLife" - free app in Market.

It'll reset when you reboot it.
