Battery issues after recent update?

Replying to an old thread, but what the heck...

My Gear 2 Neo (talking to Samsung S4) suddenly started losing charge
very quickly. Use to go 3 or 4 days and suddenly went to hours only.

Thinking about what changed recently, I went into the "Notifications"
control on the Gear Manager, and disabled all but a very few apps
from being able to send notifications to the watch. My battery usage
is back to normal. I *think* it was "Voicemail", but it may also have
been "Missed Calls".

I figure I only really need Email/Gmail/IncomingCall/Messages/Schedule.

Exactly the same with mine. S7 GEAR NEO Bboth up to date. Happened after the last gear update about 3 weeks ago. Dropped from nearly three days to less then one. Samsung have stuffed up but I keep getting the run around. I didn't change any settings so obviously the update did or stuffed up the blue tooth. I have reset check all apps I can control (not many) been into notifications found a few I didn't have turned on now set to notify so I turned them up. I still have bad battery life so buggered if I know
