Android Central Question

I've been having battery issues with my Note 9 for awhile. I have tried clearing the cache partition, closing apps, putting them to sleep. I mainly use it for texting so it's not like I'm streaming tons of content and the battery is down to almost 50% by noon. It started doing this after an update in February. Just wondering if anyone has had similar issues or has any suggestions. The phone was bought new in January 2019. Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Charge up to 100%, then let it drain to 20-30% with normal usage, without charging in between. Then show us:

1. The main Settings>Battery screen.
2. The fullscreen battery graph screen (which may show Awake time and Cell Signal Strength).
3. The Screen category (to see total Screen On time).
4. The Cell Standby category, if present (to see Time Without Signal).

You might have to install a 3rd party battery monitor, like GSam Battery Monitor, to get the Cell Signal Strength graph.
