Battery level percentage indicator missing?

My battery level percentage indicator seems to be missing from the system UI tuner options. Pretty sure this happened after N update. Can anyone confirm, or is it just me?

Look in the Status Bar toggles... at the very bottom.

I tag that UI setting and it doesn't stick (as in it shows up but then goes away. I just use one of GSAM's little 1x1 battery widgets and don't worry about it.

If you boot into Safe mode (and I think, if you boot into Recovery mode and wipe the system cache) it gets reset.

this happened to me couple of times but after the third time it is sticking around even after reboot. I think it was a glitch

I finally updated my phone yesterday through beta program. Restarted phone a few times, cleared cache but same thing is happening to me- I set the battery percentage to always show but it keeps disappearing.

Yeah, it's a bug. I think there's some wonk in the status bar when you toggle the UI tuner. I've had it go away, and I've also seen some icons double up.

Ok i think i found when this bug happens. So every time you click on "System UI tuner" in settings the % resets and goes back to without it.

So once you set the battery percent just dont go to system UI tuner at all. hope this helps

I think you're correct! I just tried it and it seems like what you said is right!
