Can someone please explain to me why and how just after I unplug my phone, it's telling me I'll have only 4 hours of use?! This is getting ridiculous!uploadfromtaptalk1455456515947.jpg

That's not even close to typical. You either have a bad device or an app that is draining your phone. What steps have you taken as far as trouble shooting?

I know you've posted several battery threads and posts, and I don't want to look for them all, but have you:

1. Do you use wireless charging? If yes, do you get different results if you use the stock turbo charger exclusively for charging (i.e., no plugging in in the car, no wireless charging, no using any other charger/cable)?

2. If that's not it, let the phone drain without plugging in until it asks to shut down and then plug in without unplugging until it reaches 100%; does that change anything?

3. If it's not wireless charging or resetting the charge circuitry with number 2, have you backed up all of your photos, videos and contacts (if you don't sync them) and done a factory data reset?

If yes, I'd strongly consider contacting Motorola and asking for a warranty replacement.

Thanks for the advice I really appreciate it. I've never wirelessly charged. I'll try step two today. Will let you know and thanks again for all your help

Your screen was on the whole 10 minutes right? Losing 4% with the screen on for minutes straight isn't totally surprising. Depends on the brightness too. At that point the 4 hours remaining would be extrapolated based on just those 10 minutes where the screen was on the whole time. You should be able to get more than 4 hours SOT so it's not good, but I don't think it's quite as bad as you're making it out to be.

What were you doing for those 10 min? Also if you haven't cleared the cache for a long time and rebooted, I would do that first.

Just what beeare said. That graph is based on your current usage. Set it down a while and it'll change.
