Battery life etc...

I bought this digital watch from the market, and, I went to the government but it says it only gives guidelines (which is not very helpful given its legal remit).

Then I realize battery life is draining so I ask for an alternative solution but this is not yet available within the infrastructure so I asked the government about it.

I need some sort of renewable battery cell that does not depend on the electricity grid ideally.

The software interface of the hand watch is interesting, digital but most of the applications are not completely available and the installation options do not work. Similar half-baked hardware design was observed when I tried hard resetting my tablet and realized there was no port to which to install a downloadable operating system, when I asked around for who is going to take legal responsibility for repairing the tablet nobody helped me so far, this is a bit disappointing and in any case most technicians charge for their services there is no reliable commercial guarantee for all products and services particularly electronic goods.

See EUR-Lex - 32012L0019 - EN - EUR-Lex, where the law places a legal onus on the producer.

Are you asking about an Android Wear watch? If not, then I'm not sure this is the best place to ask your question, since this is an Android site.
