Battery Life Extension

I'm considering finally making the switch from the iPhone 5 to the Alpha, but I'm concerned about battery life.

Does anyone know if the Expansys extended battery for the alpha is legit? I saw it mentioned on other threads, but no confirmation anyone has purchased/received it. Also, any word on when Samsung might be releasing their own version?

Going from 1860mAh to 2500mAh isn't giving you that much, and it's making the phone too large to fit some cases. Carrying a spare battery ( amazon.com/TrendON-Replacement-Portable-18-Month-Warranty/dp/B00R1T3D48/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1422204217&sr=8-4&keywords=samsung+alpha+battery ) or two of them ( amazon.com/TrendON-Batteries-Replacement-Portable-18-Month/dp/B00R1T3DY8/ref=sr_1_7?ie=UTF8&qid=1422204217&sr=8-7&keywords=samsung+alpha+battery ) (and you get a charger that can charge the battery in the phone and one battery outside the phone) give you a lot more time between charges at a MUCH lower cost, and no change in the size of the phone.

There is also a battery case on amazon that seems half decent.

I have the 2500 extended battery kit on order. I'll let you know how it goes. I read a review that stated it increased OST from 3-4 to about 6 hours. And the device fit into the Spigen Neo Case with new battery which only increases the thickness of the phone by slightly less than the camera hump.

I actually got a spare Battery but the 2500Mah is legit - only increases thickness 1.1 millimeter and regular Spigen cases fit.
There's a guy who made a video to show it.
About 35% more time- significant but not like having two batteries.
I was going to get the 2500 but was not sure if Casemate Naked Tough would fit...

With spare battery- you can really use it all day doing almost anything.
