Battery Life Fold 7 - Lets see how it goes!!!

Lets go see how the batteries go.

Day 1 after 2.5 hours done with setup yesterday.

It's obviously early but I'm not impressed with the battery life. One of the reviews that I read (maybe Droid Life) really liked the phone, but thought the battery was poor. Again, it's early but that may be accurate.

I agree, I mean its only 4000 mAh yea, don't expect great battery

I'm not impressed yet either. My fold 6 did better for battery life. I hope it gets better soon.

Not to bad so far

I don't expect crazy good battery life. Side note started at 95%, but turned that battery saver crap off already.

If you just use the phone's outer display, battery life isn't too bad, but yeah that defeats the purpose.

At least if I'm in a situation where I forget my charger I know using the phone closed is actually manageable.

Holding this phone end-to-end against my daughter's iphone 16 they are the same width display.

I don't see it being less than my zf6 so far earlier of course but it seems to be okay. I usually bump charge any phone that I have except my OnePlus 13.

Mine is still learning usage patterns.

Mine is doing pretty good so far, bump charge needed on heavy days, but that was expected. I do wish we have faster charging speeds.

I always bump charge so I stop looking at battery other than at the beginning I test for overnight drain to make sure something's not out of whack.

I am only looking at it for times when we may be out all day. Work days are really no issue.


Just so I can plan on how much battery bank I need...LOL

Last night.... Normal day only charged when in cat on android auto. 16 hours with 5 hours screen time.

I played D&D using roll20.net last night and it worked great. No longer need a laptop for it. Started at 100% battery and 3+ hours later I was at 78%. And I was showing off the phone alot.

I'm really liking this device. Still working on muscle memory on the default keyboard when opened. I hit the period(.) instead of the space bar too many times.

So far, not missing the S pen yet.

Battery life so far is very good and better than my Fold 6

Kind leave it on charge at the office most days. .. but so far so good. Here is the last couple days off charge all day.

I can never go check in my battery I guess I just tax it too much, I use 12% on the drive-in today which pretty much was Android auto with Waze on
