battery life getting worse and worse

okay guys i made a thread about this about a month ago. but then the phone fixed itself i want to say. Anyways i had the update was still decent battery life id say much better than most from what i've seen on here but not my phone is going crazy. I have literally done nothing at all, no random reboots on me nothing and my phone goes from burnign 38-44ma to over 300-400ma standby and i have nothing running ive killed every app manually that would have been draining it yet it persists

just to add i have not recently installed anything or changed anything about my phone it is rooted and has been for about 3-4 weeks but i am running the stock update rom

have you tried taking your battery out? my battery life has been great, every so often it starts draining ridiculously every minute, but if i do a battery pull, it goes back to normal.

i have last time i did it was saturday and it started do this like last tuesday i want to say like at first it seems fine then just huge drain i live in a 4g area and i always have coverage i think ive seen 3g on it once since i got it in march it just makes no sense i called verizon they told me to take it in and look at it but i dont want to get a refurb on a phone thats barely 2mths old and that i just paid for

If you're rooted you can wipe the battery stats which usually helps when the battery starts acting up. Its located in ClockworkMod Recovery under the Advanced Features. There's a guide for it stickied in the Rooting & Hack forum under "How to backup, restore and install roms on the Thunderbolt."
