I must say, this is the one glaring issue for me...poor battery life. Don't know if it's hardware or software. Have VoLTE turned off and Wi-Fi calling turned off. Have less than 2 hours SOT on a heavy day, yet cannot make it through a day and often much less. T-Mobile is the carrier, so maybe lack of signal in some places, but it's BAD. Never seen it this bad, but looking at the phone right now (using outside of Richmond, VA) I'm reporting 24.5%/h with 3h2m active (used 76% in 3h5m). Phone is 0%, Screen is 16% and app usage 77%. App usage is Android System at 32.1%, Kernel is 20.6%, Google Services is 8.5%, then less than 2% for everything else. Wifi has been on about 20 minutes of the time (just recently).

My Averages Per Complete Charge for Battery Life is 13h17m (6h16m active) and screen on is 48m with 1h8m max.

The info from Battery Usage shows Cell Standby at 19% then Android System at 5% and Android OS at 5% with Google App at 3% and Screen at 3%

What is going on? Bad hardware? I did clear the cache about a month ago. Have not done a factory reset since getting it. Running Nova Launcher. Help!

I did a factory rest on my G4 and installed only the apps I use daily.. and set up nova right from the start and that worked for me... Hope it will work for you on the S6 edge

This is the best battery stats I have gotten with my S6. Keeping my setups clean and simple. No weather or time widgets. No apps updating in the background all the time and best of all actually using Nova as my primary launcher and being able to use my phone the way I want it to work for me.

30 minutes of gaming + 30 minutes of watching streams on Twitch. I also drove like 2 hours woth LTE on and Google drained a bit of my battery.

I also use some widgets:
First page: Weather (on my homescreen)
Second page: News and Smart Manager
Third page: Spotify, Shazam and Soundcloud.

I put my screen on around 50% brightness.

And I'm using the Nova launcher.

Not sure if forgot something to add.
