Anyone that runs a VPN, do you notice extreme battery drainage? I'd like to use one but....

I use one but it's only as needed. It doesn't run all day long. So I really don't notice any kind of significant battery drain. The longest I think I've ever had it on is for 2 hours while trying to download files.

Same I use it here and there so don't have enough time with to say it drains or have good battery.

I use one when I am not on my home network almost exclusively. It connects to my home network so that I can manage my home automation "locally" as well as access my cameras when needed. I have Tasker set to turn it on/off when I leave/enter my home network. I have noticed Zero battery issues. Not sure if that is related to commercial VPN servers or not though. I suspect it really depends on your signal strength wherever you are. But then, it would be the same without a VPN as well.
