how i know that my s4 battery life is good or bad?

If it is 18 month old and used every day it should be suspect! It should last all day unless you are using it a lot. A couple hours of talk time and some texting. Use of other apps.

Be sure apps are not running in the background, hold down the home key a couple seconds, close everything! Search for "battery" on this forum for lots of other battery life info.
