How is everyone's battery life so far? I know its only been 24 hours, but just seeing how the Active is holding up so far.

People won't see an average battery life curve for about a week of use.

Here is my battery stats so far. Nothing major as I haven't had it long but here it is after 1 day.

I agree with Golfdriver97... don't even try to test your battery life until you've given the phone a chance to settle into a pattern and let you get used to the phone.

that's exactly why you want to wait at least a week right now you'll be playing with it every day all . give it some time to settle in

I'm already getting two days and just got it Friday. With the 835 and 4000mah this thing will go forever.

Awesome - great to hear! Keep the reports coming people... talk me into saving myself some $$$ and buying one BEFORE the Note 8 hits the Market!

Happy to report that after almost a full week of "standard" use for me, I lose about 4-5% per hour. that's with a mix of screen on/text, a little bit of games and a lot of listening to music. No WiFi and I work in a minimal signal building (lead box style).

Each day I go to bed with 30-40% left. Beats my VZW Note 5 which needed a bump charge by 2PM.

GREAT to hear... thanks for the Report. Sounds like it's going to be a winner like it's predecessor (in the Battery life department)!

Are you using it with Always On Display? 4% to 5% per hour is kind of a lot. I'd be curious to hear if there would be additional battery savings if AoD were to be turned off.

I'm running about 2-3% an hour here, I do have some apps disabled with package disabler too. I use AOD and Bixby as well. Overnight without use it burns .8% an hour and my SOT is probably about 7 hours, I could easily get two days out of this device with decent usage.

Agreed... when I first got my 7, I ran AOD and I shut it off after about 2 months and saw a significant increase in battery life! I'm sure it would be the same with the 8!

This is good information. Could anyone that posts battery info also tell us what your screen brightness setting is at along with the screen shots showing screen on time?

I have AoD on, and display at just under 50% brightness. Again, remember, I'm listening to local files the whole time and my signal inside the building is in is terrible. I actually really like the AoD being on as I don't turn on the screen to see what type of messages I might have and I use the calendar all the time.

My wife's first full day with her active. 30% battery used and 5:37 hours of SOT. Amazing. She's been using it for candy crush and she syncs 3 imap accounts and one office365 account with mail, contacts, and calendar.

I thought my s8+ was awesome with battery but her active is even better.
