Battery Miscalibrated, and if so, why is it getting miscalibrated after only like 5 cycles

Hi everyone. I looked at my battery percentage, and it said 46%, after that i reboot, and it shows up with "Low battery", and i look at the battery pectentage, and it shows 15%. Is this a sign of a miscalibrated battery? And if so, how did it get miscalibrated so badly in just 5-10 charge cycles? I am just really confused about this, if anyone knows why this is happening, i would be very thankfull.

Welcome to Android Central! Which device do you have? Is it brand new, and you've only used it for 5-10 charge cycles? Or is it a new battery that you just started using? If it's a new battery, then perhaps it's defective. If the device itself is brand new, then try recalibrating the battery software by charging up to 100%, then using the device normally until it shuts off from low battery. Then charge up to 100% again, and repeat this cycle 3 times. Now see if the battery levels remain accurate.

The device is not new, and I have calibrated it using all methods, but after a couple cycles it gets miscalibrated again

I proboably cannot, the only thing that I can do is borrow one from a friend, but that would mean calibration again... But if I so have to, I will try that
