Battery mode

I did a factory reset on my ATRIX last night and now the battery mode is kicking in and turning off the data and wifi. I set it up the same way I had it before the reset which was a custom 12am-9am setting which coincides with my work schedule but it is shutting down in the middle of the day.

I'm thinking that it is not the battery mode, but instead, the wifi bug with the latest version.
