Battery needs calibration?

This just happened. Battery was at ~15%, when I put in the charger it jumps to ~60%.
My battery was great, without problems until this (minutes ago). What should I do? Unplug and let it discharge to about ~5% and let it charge again? How to recalibrate it?

P.S.: I have this phone for about 1 month, and never let it discharge to 0% because I heard that it can cause some problems with the nexus 4 (I let it discharge to about 5% only). Is that right?
P.S.2: It jumped to 60% after I reboot while charging.

Thank you in advance!

I haven't had such a problem with my N4. But if it's truly a battery issue, then I'd say: try turning off the phone for around an hour then reboot. There was an issue with the 2012 Nexus 7 similar to this where performing the above would help to reset it. (I know... I have one).

Otherwise, contact Google for a replacement.

That's pretty strange to notice in a month older Nexus 4... Well you are on warranty you may just take it to them. Any free suggestion or tricks could lead you to void your warranty.
