battery not charging and going down if i use it

i have an lg k10. worked fine for about a year but now it started to take 5/6 hours to charge. sometimes it charges fine until 85% if i dont use it but then takes about 1H15mns for the last 15%. and if i use the battery goes down.
i tried troubleshooting everything used a diferent charger from my lg spirit. factory reset. everything. nothing fixed it. love this phone and im a long time LG user.
i think its either the battery or the phone itself.
any ideas guys?

maybe i wont get the G6 after all because im afraid the same thing will happen

Well, that has never happened on any of the LG phones I've had. On the contrary, I've found them to be reliable.
You may simply need a new battery.
