So recently my Note 4 battery life has been pretty bad. I have 2 batteries that I swap out because I travel a lot and just need to have the juice and I'm not always near an outlet. So when the phone hits about 20% it then just dies a few minutes later. Sometimes I get the low battery dialogue box and then within seconds drops to 0% and dies. This has only been happening for a few months now. Prior ti that it was fine. I removed Facebook and FB Messenger about a month ago, so that should not be the case. anyone have any ideas on why that seems to happen? My wife has a S6 and she seems to be able to hold on to a 5% battery life for a little bit, but sometimes I can't go past 30% before it just drops dramatically and dies.

Thanks

It's a bad battery. I just had the same issue. Took it back to Sprint and they replaced the battery on the spot after the battery failed their tests. I had the Note 4 since last may.

Just to add to jmagid51... Samsung covers the battery for 1 year replacement under warranty. Might want to check with your carrier if your phone is less than a year. Beyond that, I rarely let my battery go below 25%. I just swap it out with a fresh one and throw the low one on the charger.
