Battery only charging to 75%

My One S will only charge to 75% when on charge. I've left it on charge overnight & tried charging it during the day, but the last couple of days it won't go above that 75% mark. Anyone have any suggestions or tips on how to get this corrected?

Mine did that on the first night I charged it but I used a after market one. I've bin using the stock charger and works fine now

I thought that was my problem too, but I used the stock charger last night and got the same result.
