Battery Pull Required after every run of Bootstrap...

Got everything setup and running with the 2.3.15 leak, and works great, but seems every time I try to use the Bootstrap app to go into recovery, it reboots the phone fine, but always hangs/locks on the "M" screen...Ive let it sit there for 20 min at a time, and it doesn't do anything...

If I do a battery pull during the "M"-Hang, it will sometimes reboot fine and run normally, sometimes boot into Recovery (Like I wanted it too), and sometimes will go back to the "M"-Hang, and require another battery pull...

Using Rom Manager to reboot and load something new does the same thing...

Is this normal, or is something not right on my installation?

I would try to go into ROM Manager and flash the clockwork recovery and then try again. Should work.

that doesn't seem right

i would try wiping data and cache, it seemed to help when mine did that
