I'm purchasing this Seidio Innocell 1750mAh Slim Extended Life Battery for HTC Sensation as my spare battery. Does anyone know where I can purchase a charging dock for it so that I can charge it while using my regular battery with my phone? This new battery will be my backup....

Not sure about Seidio, but Amazon has a two pack of 1900mAh Anker abtteries with charger for around $23. Might be a better deal - and a lot of people rave about how good Anker Sensation batteries are.

Wonder why it's $20 cheaper though if it's more powerful.
I was wondering whether aftermarket batteries work well. I was looking for one for my gfs tbolt and I was thinking about the vigor so I came here to see what u guys think of battery life on a dual core htc as well as htc phones in general.
Buy the Chichitec.com 1930mAH battery that is for the Sensation and Evo 3D....I bought this battery it has easily given me 40% or so more life out of my Sensation. A number of other owners have expressed the same satisfaction....i

Lots of deals on charging docks on eBay, if that's all you're looking for. But be careful when using some of the cheap batteries.
I work in a cell phone distribution company and we sell A LOT of aftermarket stuff, (Chargers, Batteries, etc...) I can tell you that they work and they are cheap but be prepared to see some scratches or signs of wear on them. Not all of them. Just some. I myself won't allow anything to ship out until our refurb department tests them.
I do recommend brand new but if your looking for cheaper pricing, After Market is just as good but only when you trust where your getting it from.
I ended up buying the one I linked to because it comes with 2 batteries and it it was a good deal. Also, it comes with a charger , And 2 is better then one especiallly if you are like me and use the phone constantly.
The only thing I can tell you is a battery meter or tester. But again, I make sure they are tested before they go out. Batteries are somewhat more sensitive then the accessories .
I have had the Anker 1900mah in my phone for the last 36 hours or so...it's at 56%. My stock battery would have certainly been below 20% by now.
The only trouble is, I ordered it with an RND dock/battery charger...the Anker battery is slightly thicker than the HTC battery, and while it fits fine in the phone, it didn't fit well in the docking station's battery slot. I had to force it in. Because of this (and because of the crappy design on the docking station), the "tension tab" that's supposed to hold the battery in the slot and keep tension against the charging pins broke, so I haven't yet been able to tell if it's making contact. Worst case scenario, I'll have to install the 2nd battery in the phone in order to charge it.
But yeah...long story short...the Anker works better than expected.
