Battery Replacement for Pixel 3

Has anyone tried battery replacement? Has it resulted in a phone that is practically good as new in terms of battery life?

I'm still using my Pixel 3 as a second phone and for the unlimited "storage saver" Google photos. The battery life has never been exceptional but now I am barely able to use it for a decent amount of time without a nearby charging port.
