Battery Replacements

I need a new battery for my phone, and have looked in the AndroidCentral store for them. My question is: if both the Samsung and the Sedio batteries are 1500 mAh, is there a difference in performance/actual life? The Sedio battery description says for those who need extra life, but I don't understand how there could be a difference if they are both 1500 mAh.

The quality of the chemicals in the cells could make a difference, but who knows it could be hype.
