Battery shows 100%. Changes to 1% when you unplug it. help please.

I have 2 of the Galaxy tab 3 kids versions.

I so REGRET buying these. So MANY charging issues

Currently one of them won't stay charged.

I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't turn on. I plugged it up and after a few minutes it showed the battery charging.

Several hours later it showed 100% so I unplugged it. 30 minutes later I tried to turn it on and it wouldn't come on.

Plugged it back up and again it was showing a critical low battery.

Now. I'm using the factory charging cable and factory wall plug.

It just keeps doing this. It shows it charges all the way but when you unplug it and turn it on it either won't turn on OR it will turn on but with 1% battery showing.

What's the deal???

How quick is it charging to 100%? if it's going to 100% from empty really quick, then chances are that the battery is finished. How old is the device?

Yesterday it took from 7 am to around noon to reach 100%.

I bought these this past Christmas, so 10 months old
