Battery Stats not working after 4.3 update

Anyone else having this problem? AFter upgrading to 4.3, my battery stats are wildly inaccurate. My 3rd party app battery tracker works but the stock does not.

I'm seeing a spike in Android OS battery usage as well after 4.3 update, it's not alarmingly high but on 4.2.2, it never made an appearance in stock battery reporting. I've looked at BBS and nothing suggests particular wakelock attributing to the high usage either.

It's weird, I get aesome battery life on the new Nexus 7, but the battery stats are meaningless rubbish. This is the battery stats page after watching youtube and using google drive for a good 5 hours.

I've done a reset since the update and still the same poor results.
