I have a Droid Turbo 2 running Marshmallow. After Nougat was released, I updated my phone and it was pretty much bricked because it didn't accept any chargers, and when it randomly did, my battery power plummeted. I was still within warranty so I ordered a new phone from Motorola and was back to "the good ole days" of prime battery power that lasted me two days. I haven't updated my phone to Nougat out of fear that the same problem will happen, but after having the replacement phone for only about three weeks, my battery is useless again, as if I've updated to Nougat. My phone takes forever to charge, runs hot, and drains within three or four hours. This didn't happen the first couple weeks I had it, I noticed it happen when Spotify suddenly deleted my 1200 saved songs from my phone. I tried redownloading them and the battery life has bever been the same. I've since uninstalled Spotify, but if anything, the battery life has gotten worse. I can barely use my phone now without needing it on the charger. My battery monitor is useless because according to it, I shouldn't be using this much battery. Again, I'm running Marshmallow, but it seems to have a kind of Nougat-y feel to it. Is there any way to fix this? I'm now out of warranty and I want to be done with this phone, but I'm stuck with it for now.
