Battery use stats

I had this phone a month and noticed that battery use stat seems not right.
I think the stat should clears itself when it is fully charged.
I charge every night, and it says it is charged in the morning.
My phone does not clear the stats so that cell standby is on for days even I just unplugged it.
Everything just accumulates without resetting.
It does say right about how long it was unplugged for.
For example, Cell standby is on for 1d 9h 29m 27s when it is unplugged for 14h 42m 7s.
They get reset if I restart phone, but Android System, Android, and Mediaserver do not reset, and they show CPU time instead of Time On.
Has anybody seen this kind behavior?

Another observation today is that Cell Standby Time On did not accumulate the time it was plugged in, so it seems the Time On just never reset and accumulates when it is not plugged in.
