Does it hurt the Xoom to leave it on charge for an extended time?(overnight)

I've done that, never had any problems. Left it on my dock and plugged in with cord.

Every work day, I leave mine on the charging doc from 7:00am to 4:30pm. I've seen no negative affects thus far. I would say you are probably safe keeping it on the charger.
