Just switched yesterday. I feel like I have lost a long term friend. Mostly, the change is for the better for many reasons. One capability on BB that I can't seem to duplicate on S4 is the sound profile management. I use several emails. On my BB, I would have a different notification for each and I would be able to have several profiles, depending upon my situation. Each profile could modify the sound and vibration for each email and text message. I have tried a few of the free apps that claim to manage this but I have not yet found one to customize my sounds as I had on my BB. Any suggestions or references would be greatly appreciated. Also, I had a specific ring tone for my alarm but can't seem to move that to a folder where the S4 recognizes it. I was able to move my other ring tones without a problem. Thanks.

AudioManager Pro allows you to make profiles to set Alarm, Media, Ringer, Alerts, System, Voice Call levels separately. It doesn't completely answer your question regarding separate notifications for email/texts but it could be worth a look.

I had the same problem. I found out almost every application allows to personalize the notification sound (at least Whatsapp, email, sms, etc.) So instead of changing the notification alerts in a centralized way as BlackBerry, you have to go to each application and set it up.
