Bbm connected on lock screen

Is there any way to remove this? I took a picture of my wifes phone which just updated to lollipop. Luckily mine is still on 4.

Open the BBM app and see if there is a notification setting for the lock screen and disable that. Otherwise, you can go into system settings > applications > sort by all > BBM and clear the cache and see if that works.

Yeah. Neither worked. My wife is going crazy! Haha. I might just leave it because if the phone is driving her crazy then I look like a saint.
